Waiver

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Your registration is guaranteed upon payment. A materials list will be provided upon receipt of payment.

If a class does not meet the minimum number of participants, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be given. Refunds will not be given if a participant cancels after the start of a workshop.

I grant to Naturally Dene, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me, and my property &/or children, in connection with the above-identified workshop. I authorize Naturally Dene its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that Naturally Dene may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web content.

I hereby assume the risk and responsibility of any and all injuries that I may sustain or cause in the pursuit of any workshop activities. Also, I hereby release and forever discharge and agree to defend and hold harmless Naturally Dene and any of its employees or instructors from any actions, suits, damages, claims or judgments that may result from any personal injury I may sustain or that I may cause while engaged in the activities specified in this release form. I also understand that I am responsible for paying all costs resulting from medical treatment received as a consequence of taking part in any workshop(s).
